Fleetwood's ATLUSS is compatible in aluminum beer/beverage, or steel sanitary and EZO end production lines.  The ATLUSS automatically receives and distributes product on demand from operations that have multiple lanes operating at various rates; such as shell presses and multiple compound liners, conversion presses, or post coaters.  The ATLUSS is offered with a variety of internal storage capacities to suit your needs.  Inventory is stored in rugged trays, palletized, and off-loaded for warehousing or transferred to other ATLUSS machines. ATLUSS is also available in separate Tray Loader and Tray Unloader modules to suit off line production equipment.

As an alternative to the current shipment of ends in bags, a Tray Loader can be used at the back end of the production line, and then tray stacks can be shipped to a Tray Unloader supplying product to the can closing operation.
