Automatic Counter/Bagger

The Fleetwood Automatic Counter/Bagger is designed to receive can ends automatically from upstream equipment in a continuous string or in flat form via multiple infeed lanes.  The ACB electronically counts the can ends and separates them into lengths called “sticks”. The counted sticks are automatically loaded into pre-manufactured paper sleeves.  The paper sleeves are manually loaded into a storage hopper(s) for automatic distribution during the machine cycle.  The sleeve hoppers can be re-loaded while the machine is running.  The filled bags are automatically folded (and sealed, if required), then deposited on the pallet.  The optional palletizing is completely automated including snake paper start and an option to cut and seal the final snakewrap to the pallet.  Re-loading of new snakewrap material is a manual process.

Our ACB is available in various configurations dependent on the input speed, end sizes, and pallet configurations that must be accommodated.  Options are also available to incorporate multiple presses to a common palletizer for further cost savings.
