Fleetwood's Automatic Lid Feeding System consists of a Depalletizer and a Debagger.
Fleetwood's Automatic Can Lid Depalletizer automatically stores as many as five snake-wrapped pallets, removing the snake-wrapping and conveying sleeves to the Debagger without attendance. Since the unloading process is fully automated, it enables a single operator to tend to a number of machines on the filling line or to perform other tasks in the warehouse. A conveyor then moves the lids in their protective bags from the Depalletizer in the warehouse to the Debagger in the filling room.

Fleetwood's Automatic Can Lid Debagger receives filled bags, automatically slits them open, removes each paper bag, unloads the lids into a continuous nested flow and discharges them to the filling line.
Feeding the filling line, on demand, at a throughput rate of up to six bags per minute, our Debagger, with dual or single lane discharge, eliminates manual feeding and provides a constant, reliable flow of lids, as required by high speed beer and beverage lines.
