Maximizer - High Speed Inline Palletizer

RoboMax - Automatic High Speed Case Palletizer

The Fleetwood Maximizer family of palletizers are a High Infeed, High Speed, Mat-Top, Rollerless, Multi-Pack, Heavy Duty machine. Standard items are an adjustable nine lanes, divided, allowing for future product capability and mat-top surface to carry the product instead of conveying. The control wiring is plug-n-play for quick inexpensive installation.

Fleetwood’s RoboMax is designed to take case palletizing to the next level by replacing existing lane dividers, case-turning conveyors and case-turning bumpers with servo-controlled area gantry robots mounted over a continuous mat top belt. The RoboMax utilizes two, servo controlled Area Gantry Robots™ (AGRs) to position and/or turn each case, bundle, or tray into proper position for layer formation. The configuration of the two AGRs allows for virtually unlimited pattern combinations. More importantly, it allows for the handling of virtually all kinds of products: cases, naked or shrink-wrapped trays, plastic shells, and shrink-wrapped bundles.  This allows products to be palletized that traditionally could not be bump-turned and had to be palletized using slower belt-turning technology, which limited production. The AGRs eliminate the need for bump turns (typically used in inline palletizers) providing gentler handling. This technology allows for speeds up to 45 cases per minute, per gantry (depending upon case size, cases may be able to be paired to run at higher speeds).
